For 3rd Quarter 2009, I think I would not revise the current plan:
1. Complete Payroll Project and Get Certification
2. Complete Marketing Job includes the following:
a. Logo for Company
b. Logo for Product
c. Website
d. PostCard
e. LetterHead
f. Brochures
g. Advertisement
3. Automating Payroll Outsource Project
4. GST
For 1st Quarter 2010, initially I thought of kicking start a new project. Instead, I think of pushing the current product now to gain more income first. Then with the income generated, only we push for a new project. However, 1st quarter is not a good month to push sales. What shall I do?

GPS incorporate with Property Website
I just come out with a new idea. There are a lot of websites listing new property for sales or renting now. Would not it be better if the properties are linked to GPS directly, and it would direct the users to the properties. The advanced version would be the user just drive around the area, and the GPS would show this user all the properties for sales or rented within the area. I could it more thoughts about it later.
Must not kill your Enthusiasm
Today I learn something. If you have some ideas, the best way is to write down on the blog here. So you could review all your ideas here, anytime you want to. If sharing your ideas too early with your partner, you would end up with 2 scenarios:
1. They think this is a ridiculous idea. They laugh over it. Before you could materialize your idea, it s already been buried.
2. They think you are serious in implementing the idea. But you need more time to think over your idea. When you decide to alter the idea or to postpone it, they would criticize you.
Both would kill your ideas. Both would kill your enthusiasm.
I figure out the best way to preserve the enthusiasm is to keep it in the blog. You could review your idea anytime you want. You could organize your idea here. Harvest the idea when it is ripe.
I think that would be the best way to preserve your enthusiasm.
